How to Install Nested Hyper-V in VMWare workstation step by step

Deploy 2K12 R2 or 2K16 VMs -> Select VM -> Edit

Select processors and check mark on virtualize intel VT-x/EP and Virtualize CPU performance

Apply and OK

Now go to VM file location -> Open .vmx file in notepad

Open the .vmx file in notepad and add hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = “FALSE” and save this file with the modification. This line will modify the settings and enable the hypervisor for this virtual machine.
